Additional review: After a month of intensive use, I will elaborate on the feedback. The leash works quite well and is sturdy, but there are some small “flaws”. The most annoying thing is that the strap is too soft for this use and tends to roll up on itself, preventing a smooth glide and tends to get stuck when it retracts into the leash; even the spring has a slightly weak retraction force! Another small inconvenience is with the button; sometimes it gets stuck and doesn’t release immediately even when pressed firmly. I sprayed a drop of WD40 on the button and for now the situation has improved; it no longer gets stuck like before. So for now, yes, for the cost it works quite well but it does have some problems, which is not the case with more well-known brands like FLEXI. I would definitely buy this again if I were sure that the manufacturer improves the build quality.
